Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework aligned with business objectives
- Identify technology trends and emerging issues that may impact the business
- Architecture Development
- Design and implement comprehensive architecture blueprints for applications, data, and infrastructure
- Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across all projects and systems
- Technology Governance
- Establish and enforce technology standards, policies, and procedures
- Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
- Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in architectural best practices
- Risk Management
- Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing enterprise-wide solutions
Technical Skills
- Enterprise Architecture Frameworks
- Proficiency with TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF
- Cloud Technologies
- Experience with FedNet Cloud and Azure Cloud platforms
- IT Service Management Standards
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 20000 standards
- IT Governance Frameworks
- Experience with COBIT frameworks
- Software Development Methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices
- Systems Integration
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and microservices architecture
- Security and Compliance
- Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or similar standards
- Data Management
- Experience with data warehousing, big data analytics, and ETL processes
