Enterprise Architect
Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and expertise in the following primary responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership: Take ownership of architectural responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation of Enterprise wide architectures. Set the strategic direction, provide oversight, and offer guidance to teams involved in deploying various solutions.
Analysis and Improvement: Lead the analysis of current Infrastructure and applications environments to identify critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. Develop and implement an Enterprise Architecture roadmap for IT solutions based on the organizational strategy to address gaps and pain points.
Governance and Collaboration: Fulfil Enterprise Architecture governance duties, including chairing Architecture Review Board meetings and Design Authorities of key enterprise initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to understand their business strategy and develop IT strategies and architectures aligned with their objectives.
Documentation and Standardization: Create and maintain structures such as enterprise and business architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and drivers. Develop frameworks of principles to ensure uniformity in Information System Architecture across the business. Produce and maintain Enterprise Architecture artifacts to aid in information traceability.
Technical Expertise and Coordination: Provide technical expertise for change initiatives. Manage a holistic roadmap of architecture change initiatives across the customer's IT landscape, coordinating requirements across different projects.
Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership:. Review and document High-Level Design (HLD) and Architecture Specification Documents for all projects, engaging with senior leadership to facilitate and lead architecture discussions and decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A master's degree in Enterprise Architecture or a relevant discipline is preferred
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-wide or project-specific application architecture initiatives.
Certifications: Certification in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or Zachman Framework or ArchiMate is highly desirable.

Collaboration: Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including internal departments, strategic partners, vendors, and third-party service providers.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business needs, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.
