The Role
The incumbent will be managing Enterprise Planning & Budgeting development.
The Responsibilities
- Champion the development and execution of CoEs, SFs and other corporate budgets including detailed CAPEX and manpower planning.
- Work with PDE, HR, BUs and capital investment department to gather and analyse financial data for enterprise CAPEX and manpower, integrating this information into the client's annual budget.
- Issue monthly, quarterly and 18-month forecast for cooperate, capex and manpower. Support in issuing the forecast and variance reports.
- Manage and refine financial models to improve accuracy in forecasts and budgets for corporate, CAPEX, and manpower planning.
- Lead the financial consolidation process, ensuring accurate representation of the organization's financial position
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support capital allocation and workforce planning decisions.
- Ensure the alignment of corporate financial plans with strategic objectives and MP, optimizing resource allocation and financial performance.
The Requirements
- Having more then 8+ years of experience in (manufacturing oil & gas industrial) in Saudi Arabia
- Saudi Nationality
- Education - Engineering in (production industrial processing & others) also having master's degree in finance
- The candidate must be having experience in site filed manufacturing then he moved to business performance of financial function in Budgeting & planning.
