Job Brief:
Responsible for leading and contributing to ENTERPRISE Products & services that drive revenue growth, and the development and management of broad-based ENTERPRISE marketing programs, implementation and results. Also, responsible for managing marketing efforts for services positioning and awareness, in addition to managing demand generation, sales collaterals creation, and sales/presales enablement for generating revenues, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, and planning convenient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product life cycle
- Define the targeted segment
- Define right value propositions (target segments, offers differentiations, vertical specialization,...etc)
- Prepare sales collaterals, promotions demand generations
- Provide sales enablement training session within the belonged ENTERPRISE products to the direct sales team
- Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of ENTERPRISE clients
- Perform industry and competitive analysis to enrich and enhance sales achievements
- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on ENTERPRISE marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute ENTERPRISE marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates.
- Design the Fixed & Wireless Data connectivity, Access Network, Microwave and Enterprise solutions provided to customer to provide the suitable services over the designed solution such as IP-VPN, Dedicated internet, Managed router, VoIP Services, UCC
- Manage the Product life cycle starting from brain storming, marketing concept paper, communication and training, technical setup, till product launching.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs.
- Training the Business Sales and Pre sales team on new products and solutions.
- Guide the Pre-sales team to the right set-up of solutions.
- Attendance at conferences and working with Subject Matter Experts, and research to stay on top of changes in business issues/requirements/regulations/Technology and understand where the market is going.
- Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science or any other related field
- Master's degree in marketing is preferable
Level of Experience:
- Intermediate Experience in Business ICT related services Broadband solutions, Unified communication, Software as a service.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of marketing research

Certifications & Licensure:
- Marketing Certification
