Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Risk Management Director to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients risk management practices, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand their specific industry, operations, and risk tolerance.
CustomizedRisk Strategies:- Develop customized enterprise risk management strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and industry dynamics.
- Provide recommendations for risk mitigation, transfer, or acceptance based on the client's risk appetite.
ImplementationSupport:- Assist clients in the practical implementation of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure seamless integration of risk management into their organizational processes.
Trainingand Capacity Building:- Deliver training programs to client teams, increasing their awareness of risk management best practices.
- Build client teams capacity to independently manage and respond to risks effectively.
ContinuousMonitoring and Improvement:- Establish monitoring mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of implemented risk management strategies.
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations for continuous improvement based on evolving organizational needs.
RegulatoryCompliance:- Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist clients in aligning their risk management practices with relevant laws and standards.
ClientCommunication:- Maintain open and effective communication with client stakeholders, including executives, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide regular updates on the status of risk management initiatives and key findings.
ThoughtLeadership:- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in enterprise risk management.
- Contribute to thought leadership by publishing articles, whitepapers, or delivering presentations at relevant industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a relatedfield. Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CRM, ARM) arepreferred.
- 12+years of experience in enterprise risk management, with a successful trackrecord of consulting with diverse organizations.
- Strongproject management skills and the ability to work independently.
