Position Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving Zeal's growth by selling our smart payment solutions to large enterprises. Your focus will be on building relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations to introduce Zeal's innovative technology, which enhances payment experiences and customer loyalty. While your role will involve working with HR teams to integrate employee benefits solutions, your primary responsibility will be to forge partnerships with enterprise clients across various sectors, positioning Zeal as a strategic partner that elevates business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Account Management: Identify and target large enterprise accounts, focusing on key decision-makers to demonstrate the value of Zeal's smart payment solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Take a consultative approach to understanding the unique needs of each enterprise client, offering customized solutions that enhance their payment systems, improve customer engagement, and streamline operations.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate large enterprises, leveraging your network and using targeted presentations, demos, and strategic communication.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations to close deals with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial contracts and a smooth onboarding process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, customer success, marketing) to ensure seamless integration and ongoing support for enterprise clients.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs, managing a pipeline of large-scale opportunities and reporting on progress to the Head of Sales.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in technology, payments, or SaaS solutions.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with enterprise-level clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close large, complex deals with enterprise clients.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build tailored solutions for large organizations.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with a track record of developing trusted partnerships with senior executives.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level payment systems, digital transformation, or customer engagement platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
