What You Can Expect
As Enterprise Sales Manager MEA, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This team works with our customers based outside of KSA. You will drive business initiatives and execute an effective sales strategy. Your goal is to achieve team sales goals.
About The Team
The Zoom sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with potential customers. They understand the unique needs of businesses, providing tailored solutions that leverage Zoom's suite of communication tools, including video conferencing, webinars, and phone systems. By conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients, the team ensures customer satisfaction and fosters long-term partnerships. Additionally, they collaborate with other departments to align strategies and meet organizational goals, continually seeking opportunities to expand Zoom's market presence
What We're Looking For
- Be able to lead and inspire high-performing teams in the successful management of Unified Communications, Cloud Telephony, Contact Centre, Video, or Web collaboration solutions sales
- Be experienced in managing high-performing sales teams in MEA
- Have inspiring leadership persona, focusing teams on a philosophy of sales development and execution through a business outcome and client satisfaction approach
- Possess expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development, and people management skills
- Have thorough and demonstrable knowledge and execution of sales methodology
- Demonstrate excellence in communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relevant and strategic messaging
- Demonstrate CRM excellence, with Salesforce experience as an added bonus
- Be able to communicate fluently in written and spoken Arabic to native standard.
