Job Description
- Researching and booking various types of entertainers, such as musicians, comedians, magicians, dancers, etc.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions of the contracts with the performers and the venues
- Supervising the setup and breakdown of the equipment and the stage
- Monitoring the performance and the audience feedback and making adjustments as needed
- Handling any issues or complaints that may arise during or after the events
- Evaluating the effectiveness and profitability of the entertainment programs and reporting to the senior management
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, catering, and operations, to ensure the smooth running of the events
- Developing and implementing new and innovative ideas to attract and retain guests and increase customer satisfaction
Qualifications
a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event management, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the entertainment industry
