Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Requirements:
- Performing general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls
- Providing administrative support to management and staff as needed
- Upholding a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Assisting with other duties as assigned by supervisors
