Position Title: Mid-Level Epicor Support

Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Mid-Level Epicor Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing support for Epicor ERP systems, with a focus on troubleshooting, configuration, and user training. As a Mid-Level Epicor Support, heshe will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our environments and assist with ongoing enhancements and optimizations.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day support for Epicor Kinetic system users, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests in a timely manner.
2. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and performance issues.
3. Configure and customize Epicor modules to meet business requirements, including but not limited to: Manufacturing, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
5. Assist with system upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
6. Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to promote effective utilization of Epicor functionalities.
7. Participate in testing activities for system changes, enhancements, and integrations.
8. Stay abreast of Epicor product updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends to continuously improve system performance and functionality.
9. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, customizations, and support activities.
10. Engage in creating support tickets in Epicor support portal as when needed
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience providing support for Epicor ERP systems, preferably Kinetic, Epicor 10 or later versions.
3. Strong understanding of Epicor ERP functionalities, modules, and configurations.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Experience with BAQ's, Dashboards creation, BPM's, system integration tools and techniques.
7. SQL Server DB maintenance, develop custom complex queries and reports.
