ERM Lead (UAEN Only)

A large UAE securities exchange is seeking an experienced ERM professional to spearhead their Enterprise Risk framework development and implementation.

Working closely with the CRO and CEO, you will manage the development and implementation of a robust ERM program across the Firm, and define and design risk management policies, processes and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will come with at least 10+ years in an established securities brokerage or similar setting, with in-depth experience in developing and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. You will also possess extensive knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and risk management principles, with knowledge of derivatives, options, futures, and other financial products. Additional certifications will be highly advantageous.
