Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at IRON Labs located in Alexandria, Egypt. As an ERP Implementer, your day-to-day tasks will involve implementing and configuring ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for our clients. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions. You will also provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful implementation and integration of ERP systems into their organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP concepts, modules, and business processes
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in data migration and system integration
• Familiarity with SQL and database management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in business development or consulting is a plus
