As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional consultant, consultant is responsible for implementing solutions that meet the business requirements of AIR Global and identifying potential process efficiencies and improvements that could be achieved by using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Lead and manage end-to-end D365 implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure Project documentation are maintained.
- Ensure timely Milestone sign off.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the project team on D365 functionalities and configurations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
- Continuously monitor and improve project processes and methodologies.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on D365 implementations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Minimum Five Years Hands on in Microsoft ERP of which Minimum two years hands on in D365. F&O.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
