We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infor LN ERP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working in a factory environment, coupled with a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting ERP systems, specifically Infor LN. As an Infor LN ERP Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation, customization, maintenance, and support of the Infor LN ERP system within our organization. Your deep understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows, combined with your technical expertise, will be instrumental in delivering tailored ERP solutions that meet our business needs.

Core Job Functions and Information:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Infor LN ERP system, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and requirements.
• Customize and develop ERP functionalities, reports, and workflows tailored to the specific needs of our factory environment.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for the Infor LN ERP system, addressing any issues or enhancements as they arise.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and optimize system performance.
• Conduct comprehensive user training sessions and create documentation to facilitate the adoption and utilization of the ERP system within the factory environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in ERP systems and technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements in the management of ERP systems and related data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) working with Infor LN ERP system, with a strong focus on factory environment implementations and support.
• Extensive hands-on experience in a factory setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, or other relevant scripting languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate factory-specific requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Certification in Infor LN or related ERP systems is a plus.
