ERP Support and Requirements Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role as an ERP Support and Requirements Specialist at Epic Systems in Egypt. The ERP Support and Requirements Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to supporting and maintaining ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, documenting system requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role will also involve working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs to ensure effective and efficient system implementation.
