Job Description
The Enterprise resource planning (ERP) Support Programme Manager acts as the system owner of various systems by which the Group's financial data is processed and managed. This role implements the processes and disciplines that ensure accurate and consistent control financial data and master data is used in the Group's financial ledger.
ERP Support Programme Manager monitors the timely and accurate flow of financial data end-to-end through the Group's systems, ensure prober entities tree, maintaining the chart of account (COA).
The jobholder may execute and coordinate systems- or process-related projects for the department from time to time, participate in future systems roadmap planning, and liaise with the internal and external system suppliers.
Key Accountabilities
1. Perform system ownership functions for the Group's Finance systems.
2. Manage and coordinate the application of Finance-related parameters in the ERP accounting systems.
3. Act as custodian for the Group's accounting and control data in all systems, ensuring that policies and rules are fully documented.
4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data outputs from the Group's reporting systems, and the synchronisation of the various instances of the core systems.
5. Support business departments with subject matter expertise for projects, systems, product or process development or enhancement.
6. Manage special projects and investigations as delegated by the Finance Support Senior Programme Manager.
7. Perform independent department review, as per SAMA's instructions, of the Regulatory Reports being submitted before actual submission to SAMA.
