Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator with landscape experience. The Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as analyzing project documents, preparing and submitting accurate bids, evaluating subcontractor quotes, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. This role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape estimation and bidding processes
• Knowledge of landscape construction materials and techniques
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret project documents and plans
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
