We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The Estimation Engineer will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates for our security systems projects, including Access Control Systems (ACS), CCTV, and other ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for security system projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Tender Preparation: Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals for tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and specifications.
- Project Evaluation: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing and ensure the quality of materials and services.
- Risk Analysis: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support during the proposal phase.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates are accurate and reflect the project scope.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and new technologies to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimation, preferably within the security systems industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation software and tools, and strong understanding of ACS, CCTV, ELV systems, and related technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical skills to interpret project requirements and prepare accurate estimates.
