Role Description:

To render assistance in developing project updates and bid package estimate documents.

Role Responsibilities:

• Calculates various statistical data quantity take-offs, material price list, labor costs per man hour, equipment etc.
• Assists with obtaining scopes of work and pricing from subcontractors/ suppliers.
• Assists is closing bids.
• Maintains files of working documents for back-up to estimating figures
• Assists in the training and development of personnel in the Estimation function

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years in construction estimation field in the UAE
• Knowledge in common contract conditions format (FIDIC, JCT, Government etc.)
• Experience in estimation software like Procore or Candy is an advantage
