- Perform the estimating activities as part of the development of project briefs to establish project and programe level budgets
- Support the central Estimating team and monitor the quality of outputs in accordance with KPIs
- Liaise with A&P to update the cost data base in accordance with the Cost Breakdown Structure for construction projects and Facilities Management Services
- Make presentations as and when required to management teams
Support delivery teams with benchmarking and estimating support when required.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Engineering or equivalent
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in cost estimation against project requirements
