Evaluator - Public Administration - Lebanon

LDK Socioeconomic Development Consultants is looking for an expert in public administration reform, preferably with anti-corruption experience and experience in evaluation of EU projects. We are bidding on a request for services under an EU FWC (SEA 2023 Lot 16) with a narrow deadline. Interested experts should send their CV to [Confidential Information] by Tuesday 2 July, CoB.

Responsibilities

The expert will work together with a team of EU experts on the project, and will support the team with local knowledge while undertaking parts of the evaluation. The evaluation will have a duration of 5-6 calendar months within which approx 20 working days are to be provided.

Qualifications

Experience in evaluation, mostly in, but not limited to, development cooperation

Experience in the area of fighting and preventing corruption in public administrations

Experience in research, analysis, review, and assessment of complex data

Experience in communicating and disseminating evaluation results to a variety of audiences
