Job Description

As a Event Coordinator for AIMS Home Healthcare, specializing in the hospitality vertical, your primary responsibility Develop event concepts and themes that align with company goals for our home healthcare services. This role requires a dynamic and strategic individual with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Create detailed event proposals, including timelines, budgets, and resources needed.

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.
  • Logistics Coordination:

- Handle all logistical aspects, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment rental.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Promotion and Marketing:

- Develop marketing strategies to promote the event and attract attendees.

- Use social media, email campaigns, and other channels to reach the target audience.
On-site Event Management:
- Oversee event setup and breakdown.

- Coordinate event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operation.

- Address any issues that arise during the event promptly.
  • Post-event Evaluation:

- Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders to assess the event's success.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in future events.
