- Role Overview: PetRepublic is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to manage our booth at the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX). The Event Coordinator will play a crucial role in representing PetRepublic, engaging with visitors, and ensuring the smooth operation of our booth during the event.
Booth Management:
Oversee the setup, maintenance, and overall operation of the PetRepublic booth throughout the event.Guest Engagement:
Actively engage with visitors, providing information about PetRepublic, answering questions, and promoting our services.Lead Generation: Collect and manage contact information from potential customers and partners, ensuring accurate and organized records.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate with the event organizers and PetRepublic team to ensure all logistical needs are met, including supplies, promotional materials, and scheduling.
Brand Representation:
Serve as the face of PetRepublic, embodying our brand values and delivering a positive experience to all attendees.Problem-Solving:
Address any issues that arise during the event, ensuring a seamless experience for both visitors and the PetRepublic team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in event coordination or customer-facing roles.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiasm for pets and the pet care industry is a plus.
Flexibility to work long hours during the event.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 days
Pay: AED- 00 - AED500.00 per day
