Job Summary:
The job holder will be responsible for creating memorable and engaging live streaming events that captivate audiences worldwide. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating event logistics, and managing event-related activities from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement events strategies that align with the company's goals and user expectations.
Identify and analyze target audiences for different events and tailor strategies accordingly.
Plan and execute a variety of live streaming events, such as concerts, conferences, product launches, movie premiers, red carpet
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, design, and technical teams, to ensure successful event execution.
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, venue selection, technical setup, and budget management.
Oversee event registration, ticketing, and attendee management processes.
Ensure high-quality live streaming experiences, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support during events.
Assist in developing event-related promotional materials, such as event landing pages, social media campaigns, and email newsletters.
Conduct post event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports summarizing event performance, lessons learned, and actionable insights for future events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role within the live streaming, entertainment, or tech industry
Strong understanding of event planning, production, and execution.
Familiarity with live streaming platforms and technologies.
