Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including corporate functions, private parties, weddings, and promotional events hosted by our restaurants.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs and preferences, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and suppliers (e.g., caterers, decorators, musicians) to meet event requirements within budget.
- Logistics Management: Oversee logistics, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual needs, and guest accommodations to ensure events run smoothly.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise event staff and coordinate their activities to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to standards.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
