ABOUT JOB :The Events & Multimedia Production Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and multimedia productions to enhance the.
This role involves managing all aspects of event production, from concept to execution, as well as creating and managing multimedia content for various platforms.
The Event Executive will report directly to the management and collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES :- Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and seminars
- Meeting with clients to understand the event's purpose.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
- Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
- Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders.
- Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
- Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities.
- Cooperate with marketing team to promote and publicize event.
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
- Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest.
Qualification : - Proven experience as an Events Planner or Organizer in UAE.
- Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- MS Office proficiency
- Valid UAE Driving license is a must.
