Exam Observers

The American Academy is looking to recruit exam officers/ invigilators available to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia especially on Fridays & Saturdays. The successful applicant will oversee professional, high-stakes examinations for adult candidates. Working hours: Examination sessions last for 5-10 hours and invigilators receive around 6 days notice on upcoming assignments. Due to the nature of this work flexibility is required. You must be able to travel to the exam centers, so a car or other reliable method of transport is preferable. Please note, this work is offered on a freelance or contractor basis.

Rate of pay: 15 $ USD per hour.

Role Description:

To oversee and supervise candidates during written examinations. To ensure that all procedures and instructions are followed in order to protect the integrity and security of the examinations and examination materials. Main Duties and Responsibilities: checking candidate identification Supervising examinations to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with our specified instructions and standards Completing examination and candidate documentation Allow candidates to re-sit examinations if necessary
