We seek a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires high professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative assistance to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
- Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management and workflow.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Utilize proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and archiving systems to support administrative functions.
- Communicate fluently in both English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in executive administrative assistance, with a strong background in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
