About the role:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the COO who is responsible for managing and developing the organization's operational capacity and excellence, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for COO.
Document and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
5+ years of experience in the same title
Ability to deal with several executive levels.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
