Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Golden Bricks Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Managing expense reports

  • Experience in managing expense reports

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Relevant certification or degree in Business Administration or related fields
