Role Description
This is full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant at Ironwood Investments. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, handling communications, and offering general administrative assistance to the team.
Administrative Support:
- Manage emails, draft correspondence, and maintain schedules.
- Prepare and issue invoices promptly and accurately.
- Handle registration processes with developers and government entities.
Research & Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Presentation Development:
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Assist in preparing reports and materials for business pitches.
Coordination:
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and partners.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Maintain documentation and filing systems.
- Support ad hoc projects as directed by the CEO.
Qualifications
- Executive Support and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in handling Expense Reports
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
