About the Role:

The Executive Assistant shall work closely with top senior executives to actively support them and contribute towards the organization's ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

List the main job duties and what the role will entail.

  • Administrative Support: Manage the daily schedules and calendars of the executive team, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives, including responding to emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, both on-site and off-site.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating facility maintenance, and liaising with vendors.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive team and overall company operations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Communication skills, must be able to communicate fluently in English and it is preferable if the candidate can speak Arabic.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem solving abilities and a high attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Drivers License
  • BBA or Communications Degree

Pay range and compensation package:

2000 - 4000 AED
