Manages the MD's calendar, interacting with both internal and external executives and/or their offices to coordinate a variety of meetings / presentations / board meetings etc. and all relevant paperwork, agendas and ground logistics.
Managing private and commercial travel requests, both scheduled and adhoc for the MD, Executive team and family members, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground logistics. This also extends to group bookings, catering and conference facilities.
Assisting with strategic planning of group events including team building activities, townhalls, seminars and festive events.
Manages LPO's and PO's for unbudgeted requests.
Drafting, editing and proof-reading emails, letters and internal comms.
Manages and maintains an electronic documentation control system to ensure ease of access to required information/documentation at all times.
Conducts research and carries out due diligence on specific subjects/products/services.
Manages corporate gifting and greetings all year round.
Identifies and implements improvements and modifications to clerical and administrative procedures to ensure the highest standards of clerical/administrative support to business activities.
Supporting priority and time based projects and on-going assignments including interior design projects, new launches, marketing activations, seasonal communications campaigns, digital and automation projects etc.

Candidates Requirements:
Bachelor degree preferred
Bilingual fluent in English (Arabic preferable)
