The Head of NextCare's office is dynamic and fast-paced with multiple business concerns and demanding schedules. The role of the EA is responsible for coordinating and managing key initiatives under the Head's direction. Involving project planning, execution, and communication requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The EA liaises with the Executives, internal and external stakeholders prioritizing the tasks and ensuring successful delivery and completion of the projects.
Additionally, EA handles confidential information, reporting, overlooks internal audits and the organization of C-level visits and events/meetings.
What You Do
Key responsibilities:
- Organizes and manages the various tasks/projects of the Head of NextCare's office in order support the business priorities; provide general administrative support to assigned projects
- Directs, organizes, and controls project activities under the direction of the Head of NextCare.
- Maintains an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organization and externally on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities; develops and maintains good working relationships across the organization.
- Attends client/stakeholder meetings (as directed) to determine project requirements; effectively communicates relevant project information and updates to project stakeholders.
- Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Committee meetings as well as other internal/external meetings; prepares meeting agendas, minutes, summaries and maintains track of the priority lists and projects updates.
- Works independently and coordinates with other members of the senior management on special projects assigned by the Head of NextCare.
- Collects and interprets data to produce reports; prepares proposals and business plan documents as needed.
- Prepares communication and presentation material for the Head of NextCare's strategic communication initiatives; work closely with Marketing & Communication Department as needed.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables that facilitates Head of NextCare's ability to fulfill his responsibilities.
- Handles confidential and sensitive information with tact, poise, and diplomacy .
Additional responsibilities :
- May be required to provide personal assistance to the Head of NextCare if directed, Manages calendar bookings and travel itinerary of the Head of NextCare in coordination with the PA.
in the absence of the PA.
- Liaises with other support functions (HR, Office & Facilities, IT, & Finance) for business purposes
