Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
Executive Business Development/Sales to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within the UAE, Oman, and the wider GCC market.
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Client Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, fostering trust and loyalty.Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.Sales Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports and provide insights to inform business development strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful outdoor sales or business development experience in the UAE, Oman, or the GCC market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle with have added advantage.
