Job Purpose
To support the development and implementation of research and business intelligence projects that inform business decisions and strategy.
- collecting and organizing data from internal and external sources to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in developing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and data analyses.
- Use statistical techniques to analyze data and create reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Carry out periodic research and studies to meet business needs.
- Conduct surveys and other data collection activities to gather necessary information.
- Support in carrying out future research and foresights and pulling useful business insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize relevant data metrics and use cases.
- Collaborate with different teams and departments across the organization to ensure that data and research projects are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics or a related field
Skills:
- Knowledge of research, studies, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
- English language required (advanced)
- Strategic thinking skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite, reporting & presentation.
- Descriptive & inferential statistics, problem solving, analytical skills
- Knowledge Power BI, TABLEAU, Python, R, sql, or other related tools
