Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at The Hamptons Caf & Restaurants in Dubai. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and developing new menu items, managing food preparation and presentation, ensuring high quality and standards, and supervising kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to create and develop new menu items
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to manage food procurement and inventory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Culinary degree or relevant certification
