Responsibilities
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting, exceptional presentation skills, and a background in marketing.
The candidate will be responsible for building and developing executive materials, consolidating information, and ensuring effective communication with the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, prepare, and consolidate materials for meetings and executive presentations.
- Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and synthesize information.
- Support the board in understanding and utilizing information for strategic decision-making.
- Manage communication and coordination between executive teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Continuously improve board materials and processes to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a consulting company is desirable, preferably with one of the top firms.
- Proven experience in marketing.
- Exceptional skills in developing and delivering presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing materials for executive and board-level audiences.
- Knowledge of best practices in board governance and corporate communication.
