JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Duties & Responsibility:
- Digital Campaign Management: Execute and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- CRM - Plan and execute CRM campaigns across various channels (email, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.)
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content for various digital platforms that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media profiles, planning and executing social media strategies to enhance engagement and increase followers.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and other measurement tools to assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, including segmentation, testing, and reporting.
- SEO/SEM: Implement and optimize SEO strategies and manage PPC campaigns to increase visibility and traffic.
- Website Management: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences, and competitors, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as sales, product development, and customer service) to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience with ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and email marketing tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
