Position objectives
- Utilizing our organization's project database pursue means of reaching out to clients to coordinate a visit.
- Meet with developers, hoteliers, designers to efficiently and effectively present our organization, it's brand portfolio and product offerings.
- Create a likeness for our organization and brand portfolio.
- Ascertain specifications and technical requirements of project from clients.
- Propose alternatives from brand portfolio to meet project specifications and technical requirements of project.
- Negotiate and liaise with client on offer to reach agreeable terms to all stakeholders.
- Maintain continuous follow up and coordination with client until products are delivered.
- Build a strong professional relationship with all clients.
- Coordinate project delivery, ensuring timely and successful execution of all project phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, operations, and finance, to drive successful project outcomes.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to develop a targeted approach for new project acquisition.
- Keep track of potential projects in the pipeline, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project status.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging opportunities, leveraging this knowledge to enhance the company's new project acquisition strategy.
- Provide regular updates and reports on new project acquisition activities to senior management.
