Currently House of Shipping is recruiting for a Sales Support for one of its global shipping company in Dubai.
Job purpose:
- Coordinate Sales Support activities

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support preparation of an onboarding toolkit for new shipping services
- Support data analysis and reporting for the Global Sales Function
- Assist with the implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure websites, presentations are kept updated for business use
- Assist with projects and initiatives as needed
- Submit regular reports covering sales activities, performance and plans through CRM system.
- Preparing advance forecasts, collecting and reporting accurate market intelligence.
- Ensure strict credit control, payment collection and minimize outstanding.

Education requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma
Language requirements:
English
Background and experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or qualified professional.
- At least 1 to 3 years of Sales related function from shipping/ container line.
- Strong MS Office software application, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Stable work history.

- Able to multi-task
- Good coordination skills
- Able to work independently, with multitasking abilities, and able to take work pressure.
