Job Title: Executive Search Consultant

Falcon Brook is seeking an Executive Search Consultant/ Delivery Consultant to join their growing team in Dubai!

The role

You will become an expert in sourcing, headhunting and networking, whilst providing a high level of service to candidates and clients.

You will use a variety of tools to source candidates and guide them through the interview process.

You will learn how to map out the market and how to attract candidates to our clients, building a network and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the US.

We're flexible, but we are looking for:

6 12 months experience in a search/resourcing/delivery recruitment role

Exposure to/knowledge of the energy/commodities industry (ideal, not essential)

Someone who is confident, articulate, and meticulous (especially on the phone) you'll be liaising with C-Level clients and senior candidates!

Someone who has high levels of emotional intelligence and common sense.

Someone who is hungry to succeed, driven and determined to learn and progress in their career!
