As an Immigration Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our operations by engaging with potential clients, providing information about our services, and assisting them throughout the immigration process. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets, while delivering exceptional service.
Fluency in English, and at least one of the following languages: Tagalog, Hindi, Malayalam, or (Nep:ali).
Make outbound calls to potential clients to offer immigration services and consultations.
- Provide accurate information about various immigration programs and services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and clarity.- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for achieving goals.
Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
