Demonstrates the highest level of expertise, supports top leadership to prioritize business objectives, and also helps to provide strategies to capitalize on opportunities and to avoid potential risks.

• Shows visionary thinking, demonstrates expert knowledge, and introduces new market trends.
• Contributes to long-term functional or segment strategy.
• Leads others to solve complex problems and/or may lead functional teams or projects.
• Provide advice and recommendations to support the direct manager in the decision-making process.
• Solves unique problems that have broad impact.
• Provide expert views on the operational framework and lead the regular review and update of the framework.
• Serves as a resource for best practices/quality for more junior colleagues.
