Responsibilities:

As our Export Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our global reach and ensuring the smooth execution of our export operations. Key responsibilities include:

-Developing and maintaining relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.

-Managing the end-to-end export process, including documentation, customs compliance, and logistics coordination.

-Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.

-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and meet customer demands.

-Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, we're looking for a candidate with:

-Proven experience in export management within the agricultural industry, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.

-A strong network of clients and contacts in international markets.

-Excellent knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and logistics processes.

-Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain fruitful relationships.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

-Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
