Job Description
Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries and make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
Manage relationships with international clients, vendors and business partners.
Negotiate contracts with new clients.
Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements in different markets.
Continually track and maintain changes to regulations and define strategies to avoid potential conflicts.
Attend and prepare international fairs exhibitions and seminars to promote products.
Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
Conduct regular market visits to follow up on both the company and competitors products and identify potential business opportunities.
Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
Establish and manage relationships with freight carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth operations and coordinate freight shipments to ensure that they arrive on time and without damage.
Constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to top management.
Present periodical sales reports to top management as required.
Submit Quarterly Rolling Sales Forecast within the agreed deadline.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
A Bachelor s degree in business/management or a relevant field.
8 -10 years of experience in Export field (Food Manufacturing experience is a must).
Flexible to travel.
Excellent communications & negotiations skills.
Analytical with excellent following up skills.
