Job Descriptions:
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Developing and implementing the annual export sales plan to ensure the attainment of revenue goals and profitable sellthrough to be approved by upper management.
2.Achieving sales targets and creating new sales leads and opportunities in international markets.
3.Monitoring sales results, and key performance indicators (KPIs) with the export sales team to achieve targets
4.Managing all staff reporting to the position to train, evaluate (according to KPIs), motivate, and monitor their activities.
5.Monitor all sales managers to expand channel business by sourcing new clients and maintaining business relationships with existing clients to help build the business.
6.Supervising and coordinating all activities of the logistics department from setting the monthly export sales schedule, for each shipment details and following up on the daily update of the export sales schedule after each shipment and finally introducing thefinal monthly loading schedule.
7.Managing the day-to-day operations related to export sales activities and sales numbers per region, country, and sales officer.
8.Attending international fairs and exhibitions and market business trips to promote products and establish relations with potential clients.
9.Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain practical export activities and support the organization's sales, customer services, purchasing, materials management, production, quality control, quality assurance, and overall operating functions.
