One of leading companies in agriculture industry in Egypt is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager focusing on Seeds and Fertilizers to drive our international sales efforts.
The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding our market reach by developing and executing sales strategies specifically targeted towards agricultural products such as seeds and fertilizers. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the global agricultural market, strong analytical skills, and an ability to build lasting relationships with international clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets for seeds and fertilizers
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies based on market research and customer needs
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new customers
- Ensure all export activities align with company budgets, sales targets, and timelines
- Resolve any operational challenges or barriers related to export processes efficiently
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations to management regarding distributor performance and market opportunities
Requirements
Experience in Export Sales is essential.
Prior experience in the agricultural sector, specifically with seeds and fertilizers, is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
