Sarhan Company for Granite and Marble is seeking an experienced Export Sales Specialist ,you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and increasing sales in international markets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth and efficient export operations. Manufacturing experience, preferably in marble and granite or similar industries, is essential.
Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets and customers.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on market activities and provide relevant feedback to management.
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service to international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and services.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in export sales, preferably in the marble and granite industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence in international markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
