This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Audit & Assurance team as an External Auditor at Director level. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audits for our diverse portfolio of SMB clients across various industries. We are committed to providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients.
3. The Work You'll Be Doing
- Lead and conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and UAE regulations.
- Analyze financial records, internal controls, and accounting systems to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with audit team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of audit engagements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Be in charge of business development for audit and assurance services.

5. Education, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Valid professional accounting qualification (eg CPA, CA, ACA or ACCA) including UAE Fellowship Program or equivalent.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in external auditing, preferably with a focus on SMBs, of which at least 2 years serving UAE clients.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and UAE auditing standards and regulations.
- Fluent English language skills both spoken and written.
- Experience working with Indian businesses.
- Fluent in Hindi and Malayalam or Bengali.
